Sensors are the same high powered sensors used with my Inline speed skating timing systems. Rugged plastic enclosures with rubber covers are used, and sensors have up to a 40M (120ft range) between emitter and receiver. This makes sensor aiming very easy and make super wide start/finish line openings possible!!!
