In August 2006 I was asked to teach the College and Career Sunday School class at Highland Baptist Church in West Monroe, Louisiana. I was honored and excited about this prospect, as I greatly enjoy the opportunity and responsibility to study and present God's Word in depth. For anyone interested, or perhaps those considering visiting Highland and our class, I am posting here my notes from each lesson that I teach. I generally hold quite closely to these, though I am sometimes guilty of "chasing rabbits" in the actual classes. Often the reason for "missing weeks" in this list is that it sometimes takes us two Sundays to complete a lesson.

Update: In August 2008 Jen and I decided to leave Highland to become a part of Providence Reformed Bible Church, a new Reformed Baptist church in West Monroe. While I will no longer be teaching the Sunday School class at Highland, I am leaving these notes here for the time being in case anyone finds them interesting or useful.
